- Your name and the product or project you are writing about
- A clear description of the question or issue
- Steps to reproduce it, if you are reporting a bug
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, where they help
2. Response times
We aim to reply to every message within one business day. Live production issues for clients on an active support plan are treated as priority and handled as quickly as we can, usually the same day.
3. For existing clients
If we built or maintain something for you, support covers:
- Bug fixes and investigating unexpected behaviour
- Questions about how to use or manage what we built
- Small changes and improvements within your support window
- Guidance on hosting, accounts, and handover
You own all of your code and accounts, so you are never locked in.
